STARBREAK Windscreen Repair is managed by Dianne Hirst in her capacity as Chief Executive Officer.
Starbreak cc was started in South-Africa in 1998 by Mr. Leon Vrey, due to a demand in the Motor Trade for a mobile, cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to windscreen replacements. We repair chips without jeopardising the safety limitations of the windscreens.
As our customer base is mainly made up of high profile, professional vehicle dealerships and corporate companies, we strive to maintain high professionalism in all our dealings.
We offer a mobile service from our National Franchise Network.
Customers can expect all Starbreak branches to supply them with the same quality of repairs and service. Starbreak employees are dressed in corporate clothing which does not detract from the dignity of our customers. We are service orientated, approaching individual client needs so as to meet and exceed all expectation.
The Starbreak National Franchise Network was started in 2005 with 18 branches operating throughout South Africa by 2012. The Franchisor oversees the Franchise Network and is personally involved with every new franchise set-up as well as the continued training of Franchisees. A training branch has been setup in 2008, in Kempton Park which the Franchisor operates to set the lead with the franchisees and also uses for all training of franchisees and their staff.
